Human Resources and department managers work together in the competency-based selection and placement process, which is structured to ensure that candidates are placed in the right job. Human Resources manages the pre-evaluation
process and invites the candidate for an interview.
After examining the suitability of the candidate for the company culture, the match between the position sought and the qualifications of the candidate, they are also interviewed by the department managers on the technical side. Upon completion of the selection process, the result is notified to the candidate. If necessary, English test application, personality inventory test application and technical presentation are requested.
Even if your job application has been evaluated negatively for the interviewed position, you can apply again in case of new positions that you think are suitable for your qualifications.
Working Conditions: Working hours are 08:00 – 18:00 on weekdays, we apply “Flexible Working”.
Leaves: In addition to the legal leave defined in accordance with the Labor Law, we define 27 hours of annual leave to be used in any situation.
