Mechanical Design Solutions

Modeling, analysis and verification studies within the scope of mechanical design are carried out according to customer requirements. For designing structural products thats are durable, reliable, light and optimized, fast solutions are offered with both analytical approaches and finite element analysis. Static, dynamic, vibration, mechanical shock analysis, temperature distribution, cooling system and fluid mechanics solutions can be realized for conventional and special materials. In the design of the user interfaces of the products, human factors approaches such as ease of use, minimizing human error and reducing the workload are taken into account. Electronic Design Solutions

Schematics and pcb design is performed in accordance with the system requirements. Using extensive analysis methods like PSpice simulations, Signal Integrity analysis, from conceptual design up to pcb design, we aim to minimize the design errors. Our capabilities include power, interface, processor and backplane boards. While designing the rigid, flex and rigid-flex form pcbs, we use multi-layer design and micro-via technologies as necessary.
