We organize both internal and external trainings to ensure the development of our employees through training opportunities.

Internal Trainings: In these trainings held by STG employees on subjects related to their field, all employees, both as trainers and participants, become a part of these trainings.

External trainings: These are the applications created considering training needs and realized within our training plan.
